Oh my oh my OH MY... I can't believe that this came home to me! :D
I've always admired Kizu's cel of this scene - it's from episode 30, after Saitou's fight with Kenshin has been interrupted by the arrival of Okubo. Did you hear that? EPISODE THIRTY! During the fight, Saitou used his belt and jacket against Kenshin, not letting the loss of his sword stop him. Leaving to see to other business (like an evesdropper), Saitou retrieves his jacket, tossing it over his should as he issues a reminder to Kenshin that the fight is not yet over, and delivers his assessment of Kenshin to his bosses.
And I'd be lying if I didn't say that the sight of this cel reduces me into a giggling fangirl. :D Mmmm... look at those arms!!! *fans self*
