A samurai wanders across Japan, with an uncanny skill with the blade - but this is no red-haired rurouni, but a female samurai, Tsukikage Ran! This short series features the unlikely heroine (who, in the tradition of wandering samurai, is usually broke, and this one has a taste for sake as well!) and the Lady Meow, a lively martial artist who gets herself into situations... a little treasure I had overlooked until a friend introduced me to this series. ^__^
